• What challenges can you expect?
• You collaborate in the product roadmap definition
• You are responsible for the priorities and scope of the
• product in close collaboration with the project team and
• Scrum Master
• Your tasks include Requirement Management and
• internal/external Stakeholder communication as well as
• Product Backlog Management and Backlog detail and
• refinement
• You write and clarify user stories, including acceptance
• criteria
• You define the release plan and incremental releases
• What do we expect from you?
• You have completed degree in the field of embedded
• systems, computer science or electrical engineering with
• deep knowledge in grid-tied power electronic converters
• You have several years of experience in related topics as
• well as a deep understanding on high power converters
• You have clear understanding on product development
• for power electronics and mechatronics systems
• Ideally, you have a good knowledge on grid code and
• power electronic standard compliance
• Furthermore, you have a good understanding on PCB
• design, BOM and design to manufacturing
• You are used to agile development methods as well as
• lifecycle management tools (like Integrity, doors or
• Atlassian)
• You have good communications skills in English and
• German
