Based in Munich, the team operates in a highly dynamic environment, working closely with founders, operators, and investors to build a category-defining healthcare platform. What the job involves
As an M&A Expert, you will be a core contributor to the company's growth strategy, owning transactions from first contact to integration and helping shape the long-term platform, while getting support from the wider M&A Team where necessary.
- Identifying and sourcing acquisition targets within the German healthcare market
- Evaluating targets through financial analysis, business development, and valuation
- Managing end-to-end M&A processes, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiations
- Acting as the central interface between internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Supporting post-merger integration and operational scaling of acquired businesses
- Working closely with founders, senior management, and venture investors on strategic initiatives
- First full-time experience in M&A, transaction advisory, venture capital, private equity, or corporate development
- Exposure to healthcare or buy-&-build strategies is a strong plus
- Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Fluent in German and English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Munich
