We are an internationally positioned education company and are continuously developing. The main tasks within Klax International GmbH include the provision of administrative services, centralised product and quality management and the management of financial processes.
In the Klax Group, almost 900 employees look after more than 2,400 children in crèches and kindergartens and teach more than 500 children and young people in schools as well as more than 150 students in our vocational academy. To strengthen our team in Berlin-Pankow, we are looking for a Manager (m/f/d) IT Strategy, Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
In this key position you will support the management in strategic IT decisions and contribute significantly to the digital transformation of the Klax Group. Your main tasks include:
- Supporting the management in strategic IT decisions
- Deriving and tracking targets for the Group's digital strategy
- Introduction and operation of a key performance indicator/early warning system to monitor performance in Development IT Products
- Developing concepts for the further development of the IT Products division with a focus on improving performance in the medium and long term
- Ensuring effective Group-wide communication and close cooperation with the C-level
- Planning and monitoring the framework conditions, resources, and budgets of the division
- Leading the programming team and identifying optimization potential
- Maintenance and upkeep of the existing IT infrastructure in collaboration with service providers
What you bring with you:
- Degree in IT management, digital transformation, innovation or equivalent qualification
- Several years of relevant experience in digital transformation (strategic and operational)
- Project Management Expertise
- Sound knowledge in the design of digital system landscapes
- Language skills: German (very good written and spoken), English (good written and spoken)
- Desirable qualification in the field of enterprise architecture
