Working Student Sales - Data Analysis / SAP / Power BI (m/f/d)

Join us as a Working Student in Sales Controlling and Data Analysis (m/f/d) to support data-driven decision-making and optimize sales strategies.

• You support the update of the Weekly Group sales reporting for monitoring regular Sales Forecast vs S&OP Plan, Budget and Billing & Backlog by Region/Key Account, Customer, BU, Product Line etc
• You share the monthly S&OP Forecast with Sites as a basis for Financial Planning
• You support the update of the monthly Sales Flash report as preliminary information on periodic Sales achievement
• You support monitoring of the annual Sales Budget process
• You perform consistency checks of Sales reporting data via reconciliation between various reporting systems in use (HFM, MDP, SAP, QAD, GDR)
• You check and address customer or product master data inconsistencies with the Master Data team and conduct ad hoc analysis as required

• You are currently studying for a Masters or Bachelors in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, etc
• You have hands-on experience in data analytics (ETL Process) and an affinity for creating financial reports and dashboards
• You possess good computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You have a basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP, QAD, etc), which is an advantage
• You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Query and Power BI, which is desirable
• You are fluent in German and English
