• Steer the entire order-to-delivery process, ensuring seamless coordination between e-commerce platforms, warehouses, and logistics partners.
• Work closely with warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize order routing, reduce shipping times, and minimize costs
• Manage inventory across multiple warehouses, ensuring stock accuracy and availability to prevent overselling and fulfilment failures.
• Drive automation and system improvements in order management, warehouse ops as well as real-time tracking to improve operational accuracy.
• Establish and manage clear SLAs and key performance indicators (on-time delivery rates, return rates, fulfilment accuracy) and drive continuous improvement initiatives for all warehouse process’ globally

• 7+ years of experience in ecommerce operations management with global or multi-market exposure, leading and optimizing global ecom fulfilment.
• A deep expertise in scaling e-commerce operations, managing complex supply chains and overseeing global order fulfilment and logistics partnerships
• Strong familiarity with order management systems, warehouse systems and ERPs /Enterprise logistics platforms.
• Ability to drive transformational change and process innovation with a hands-on attitude
