WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You advise our employees and their families before and during the transfer.
• In this context, you are the central contact person for all contractual arrangements and for all questions regarding taxes, remuneration, benefits and social benefits at national and international level relating to international assignments.
• You also advise BASF's management and HR Business Partner on staff transfers and on individual personal issues.
• With your distinctive service mindset, you make a significant contribution to maintaining our customer experience at a high level and continuously optimizing it.
• You are responsible for handling transfer-relevant labor law, social security and tax matters as well as compensation and benefits issues, including the preparation of salary calculations.
• The work in internal and cross-departmental projects completes your field of responsibility.

• successfully completed studies and ideally experience abroad with professional experience in the field of mobility or similar
• a first experience in a consultancy position or similar is a plus
• knowledge on relevant HR topics like labor law, social security or taxes is welcome
• profound knowledge of the HR value chain and the HR IT landscape, ideally SAP knowledge
• distinct advisory competence and negotiation skills
• service mindset and high customer orientation
• strong presentation and communication skills in German and English, additional language skills (i.e. Spanish) are a plus

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 40.000 - 43.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience, 45.000 - 49.000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications.
• In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
• Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
