JOB OPENING- Title: IACS Registrar
- Location: Hohenfels, Germany
- Start Date: Immediately
- Job-Type: Full Time
SUMMARY
IACS registrars provide customer service and direction to the USAG Community members. Additionally, registrars must process access roster lists for individuals requiring access on-post for special occasions and other on-post functions. A registrar will also implement and understand all U.S. Army regulations about the IACS Project and work with the DES/PMO to ensure information and submissions are completed accurately.
JOB DESCRIPTION- Knowledge in customer service (minimum one year)
- Issue DBIDS Cards (Defense Biometric Identification System)
- Perform administrative duties
- Process access roster list
- Basic data entry
- High School Diploma
- US citizen over 18 years old
- Pass a criminal background check
- Experience in customer service administration
- US ID card holder with base access and SOFA privileges
