Work Environment

Our division (VX) is responsible for the definition and implementation of the Digital Business Experience strategy – we aim to fulfil the goal of a "seamless digital customer journey", enabling the core business in the digital context via the phases "I consider", "I choose", "I use" and "I reconsider" as well as building a digital ecosystem as the basis for business.

Within the VX division, our department (VX-E) focuses on the holistic strategic design of AUDI AG's e Commerce capability across all product categories and touchpoints, further development of e Commerce technologies and vehicle transaction platforms across the Group.

• You will complete a first project within your target field Digital Business Development e Commerce
• In course of the program you will work independently on up to four more projects in various divisions of the company, one of them at a VW Group brand abroad and another at another company of the VW Group in Germany
• Throughout these assignments you will get to know process partners and interfaces for your future position
• In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g. assembly)
• You will engage in various working groups within the AGGP Community
• After completing the program, you will take on your position in the target field Digital Business Development

• University degree from an accredited university in Digital Business, Business Informatics or similar required
• Above-average academic performance
• Basic Know-how on agile routines
• Basic understanding of requirements management in IT projects
• Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad
• Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
• Fluent in English and German is a plus
• Relevant extra-curricular commitment
