Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.
Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

YOUR TEAM
To support our Business Support Functions team, we are currently looking for an intern. In your role, you will gain first-hand experience in methodical and operational support in planning and implementing departmental activities and will be an integral part of the team that works on cross-functional processes and standards.
Our team streamlines domain operations by establishing efficient processes, managing communication, resources, and accounting. We oversee events, initiatives, and activity tracking while ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards like ISO certification, risk assessments, and audits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO- Support with the planning, controlling and monitoring of various projects
- Prepare internal distribution of information as well as management of the individual communication media
- Conceptualize, implement and rollout various communication formats and events for the entire department
- Preparation of several appointments, committee appearances, workshops including follow-up activities
- Support on operational ordering and invoice processes
- Contract tracking and collaboration with partner management
- Creation of conceptual designs, primarily using PowerPoint, and implementation of overarching standards
- Enrolled student in the area of economics, business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent field (please specify the expected date of your graduation or end of enrollment)
- Basic technical understanding and proven analytical thinking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools, especially PowerPoint
- Creativity in general and specifically in slide design is desired
- Highly organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, as well as experience in project and process management, is a plus
- Fluent in English and German (both C1-Level)
- Remote work options within Germany
- Internship:
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- 35-hour weeks
- Working Student
- Duration: 6 months with the option to extend
- 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break
