Experienced Finance Controller (f/m/d) for Product Management

A Snapshot of Your Day

As Controller for Product management your typical day would involve dealing with a significant amount of complex business data, such as Research and Development (R&D) projects, innovation cooperation agreements, cases for new products and solutions.

You will work closely with Product management teams and deep-dive into company's portfolio; you will interact with factories around the world, providing guidance on R&D activities; you will participate in external fundings and partnerships negotiations, representing our finance organization.

• Manage innovation cooperations with external partners from commercial side: set up process framework and provide guidance on the business area level, negotiate contracts, analyse business implications
• Explore licensing concepts and translate them into business impact, maintain existing agreements and set up new ones
• Support product managers in products profitability analysis and cases evaluation for new products/solutions development
• Participate in implementation of various project management tools, ensuring active involvement of financial community in all set ups

• Several years of experience in Controlling/Finance. Project management/Contracts negotiation experience is a great advantage
• A completed university degree in business administration, finance, economy or similar
• Growth mindset, focus on solutions and willingness to work in a very dynamic international environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English, German and other languages are a plus
