Manager Software Integration (m/w/d)
Your task...- ...involves the technical and disciplinary leadership of 10 employees.
- This includes the structured implementation of development tasks according to defined processes.
- You assist with effort estimations and investment planning.
- Furthermore, you maintain and expand your network of customer and supplier contacts.
- You create personnel planning to ensure that the necessary and suitable personnel resources are available for task fulfillment.
- You stay up to date with the continuous development of your team, including conducting development and feedback discussions.
- It starts with a degree or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have experience in software integration or are interested in learning this area.
- Knowledge of relevant planning tools is an advantage.
- Your team skills are complemented by a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Above-average commitment, along with your strong organizational talent and persuasive abilities, make a positive impression on those around you.
- You are characterized by a reliable work ethic, a high level of commitment, and a logical and structured approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
