Who We Are Looking For
We seek proactive and independent team leaders who excel in a structured environment. Your Responsibilities- Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop a long-term B2B marketing strategy.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with agents.
- Team Leadership: Lead the B2B team, coordinating tasks, goals, and responsibilities.
- Agent Program: Elevate the agent program, taking full responsibility for goals, ROI, concept, and implementation.
- Partnerships: Enhance partnerships with universities and other partners, taking full responsibility for goals, ROI, concept, and implementation.
- Projects: Participate in cross-functional projects on strategic marketing topics.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, sales or key account management.
- Proficiency with online marketing tools (e.g., Analytics, Adwords, Meta Business Manager, Word Press, Hubspot).
- Interest in the technical and analytical aspects of marketing.
- Experience working in agile teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and German).
- Passion for international exchange and diversity.
