Your Role:

You will report to Head of Growth Realization Office.

Executive Team Facilitation, Meeting Management, Governanace and Reporting

You work in close collaboration with the Head of ISCO, leadership team and Strategic PMO to drive the advancement and evolution of the leadership team governance, dynamic and operational effectiveness.

You drive evolution and improvement of the of the ISCO Leadership routines, including operational reviews, project reviews, weekly rhythm etc. and general activities.

You lead the coordination and planning of leadership meetings/events and facilitate effective leadership dialogues and outcomes, pro-actively ensuring relevance of agenda items, discussion, and content, based on business context. You f acilitates and coaches for problem identification and deep dive problem solving sessions with senior leaders and o rchestrate and improve reporting processes and updates to senior leadership, prepare and consolidate materials on progress and status reporting and ensure efficient processes and systems are in place.

You drive outside-in perspective and insights for ISCO leadership, identifying and orchestrating Business Intelligence process, defining relevant topics and external speakers, to bring insight and thought leadership on strategic topics and trends, cross sector best practice exchange and customer perspectives.

Cross Functional Project Leadership, Process and Stakeholder Management

You support or lead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives, with strong change management, closely collaborating with stakeholders.

You facilitate the priority setting, strategy cascade and performance management processes and a ct as an ambassador for HIC in ISCO, supporting the adoption of High impact leadership behaviors and practices- coaching, leadership presence, problem solving, trust and empowerment.

You are a key partner to communications, coordinating/collaborating on meaningful communication, recognition and engagement activities to strengthen strategic and operational cascading within ISCO and beyond. Supporting effective readiness and content creation for organizational and multi-functional communications, extended leadership team events, recognition, and strategy cascade.

You act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, liaising effectively with LS and group level.

Who you are:

  • Possesses over 7 years of rigorous experience in leading and managing business projects and portfolios, along with a proven capability in implementing effective governance, driving the appropriate cadence and enhancing operational efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus
  • Analytical and Decision-Making Proficiency. Exhibits a strong track record of analytical thinking and data-driven decision making. Experienced in leading cross-functional projects and programs, underpinned by robust skills in business planning, negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborative Influence in Matrixed Environments: Successfully navigates and leads within complex, matrixed organizational structures, utilizing influence and collaborative skills to achieve results. Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with and influence stakeholders across diverse organizational levels
  • Prioritization and Detail Orientation in Dynamic Environment: Capable of delivering superior outcomes under pressure, managing performance, agility, and resources effectively
  • Adept at setting priorities and making critical decisions in dynamic, complex, and ambiguous scenarios. Highly motivated and independent, with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and addressing primary issues and challenges, across stakeholder groups.
  • Executive Communication, Facilitation and Confidentiality. Excellent at facilitating discussions and crafting executive-level presentations and reports, ensuring efficiency and clarity. Skilled in handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Green belt or equivalent lean qualification an advantage
  • Fluent written and verbal English mandatory
