Senior Architect (w/m/d) IT Engineering
In our team, you are responsible for developing software concepts and architectures for our financial services systems. You translate the business, technical and compliance requirements of the product managers/ teams into software architectures by:
defining and designing/ coordinating software components and interfacesplanning and evaluating work packages
selecting the appropriate technologies for the technical enablement of the product teams
advising the full stack software development team on the implementation of the defined requirements
developing integration and verification strategies and supporting the implementation phase
coordinating with IT, information security and other control functions for compliance with regulations and corporate security requirementsUsing the principles of Domain Driven Design, you re-design an existing system landscape and create a new technology roadmap for our various business units.

Your skills:
Successfully completed university degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science Engineering or an IT specialist apprenticeship
Practical experience in working with and architecting at least on Hyperscaler, preferably Google or Azure
Strong background in full stack software development and -architecture with several years of hands-on experience in designing cloud/ on-premise architecturesSolid understanding of full stack web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/ Angular, Java, Python, multiple Databases) etc.
Experience in CI/CD with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
Knowledge of security controls for the public cloud (IAM, Zero Trust)
Experience in Requirements Engineering and Domain Driven Design
Knowledge of Linux containers and Kubernetes
Experienced in working with agile tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Dev-Ops etc.)
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (BAIT, EMIR, DORA, )
Experience with technology management
Teamplayer-mindset with strong intercultural and communication skills but also capabilities in conflict management
Business fluent language skills in German and English
