Coordinate complex diaries across the EMEA region

• Ensure all offline data is stored in compliance with GDPR
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS data, notifying candidates of their application status
• Facilitate interview processes by using the ATS to invite, confirm, and schedule all interview stages with candidates and Hiring Managers
• Support recruitment by managing all assigned roles via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Workday
• Act as an ambassador for Client, ensuring candidates have an excellent experience throughout their interview and assessment process
• Proven experience n roles such as Recruitment function, Recruitment Coordinator, University Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Assistant, HR Administrator, or similar
• Proficiency in using an ATS with a track record of maintaining 100% system accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly explaining processes and system functionality
• Ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and workloads, with the interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in working with data and generating reports to support informed decision-making
• Quick learning ability for new systems, software, and processes
• Interesting tasks in a multinational environment
