Mid/Senior (Technical) Product Manager (m/f/d)

Since 2015, we help enterprise clients and corporate spin-offs identify and execute strategies to solve marketing problems with technology, enable data-driven decision-making, and create business impact by leveraging marketing technologies.
At Digital Loop, we blend expertise from multiple disciplines. Our solutions evolve around strategy development, set-up of processes and guidelines, new or updated workflows, introduction of a tool or architecture, implementation of a custom digital product - or a combination of all of the above.
Aufgaben- Map out customer needs, identifying gaps and opportunities and translating those into requirements for new Digital Products that can transform their business processes
- Define the product roadmap whilst ensuring alignment with business goals and technical capabilities
- Design and lead workshops, focus groups and research initiatives, sharing insights with key stakeholders and development professionals
- Lead the design and development of detailed journey maps
- Translate complex customer needs into clear, actionable product specifications
- Provide well-defined user stories for the agile team's execution including quality of the story's implementation acceptance of stories in sprint reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and support to deliver product solutions
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to product development teams
- Communicate with stakeholders across the board, including business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear, and the vision continues to be aligned with business objectives
- Accountable for the sizing of the user story with the team during grooming
- Good English knowledge a must, German language desirable
- 5<+ years of experience in product management, particularly in a technical or consultancy environment
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing the development and roll-out of AI/Digital Products for innovative business transformation initiatives
- Strong technical acumen and stakeholder management with the ability to interface effectively between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Passion for driving change and fostering a culture of innovation within organisations.
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in SEO and Analytic projects an advantage.
