Your Main Tasks:
- Lead, plan, and execute technical projects, including project control and the creation of budget and time plans in the areas of HVAC and building management
- Responsible for project-related documentation according to standardized procedures
- Accompany Health, Safety & Environment issues
- Close collaboration with HVAC project engineers
- Plan, coordinate, and control the work of our service providers in technical and infrastructural building management
- Support in change management based on methods of continuous process optimization and lean methodology
Your Profile:
- Completed studies (Bachelor's, Master's, Diploma) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable degree
- Experience in project management and initial experience as a project leader preferred
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD, Solidworks, and experience with SAP
- Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of GMP and ISO
- Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, and high willingness to perform
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
