As we gear up for market entry, we are seeking passionate individuals to join us during this exciting and crucial phase of our journey.

Your Role

As a Business Development Manager (f/m/d) at Angsa Robotics, you will play a vital role in driving our growth and shaping our presence in the DACH region and beyond. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing the end-to-end sales process.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, ensuring our solutions align with their expectations while positioning Angsa Robotics as a leader in the market. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the adoption of groundbreaking robotic technology and contribute to the success of a rapidly growing startup.

Tasks
  • Generate new leads, lead negotiations and close deals for the scale-up
  • Understand business strengths and customer needs to maximize the value
  • Develop, implement and lead a scalable and efficient sales process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Plan and conduct successful on-site visits with clients & customer conferences
Requirements
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales Manager or similar role - possibly alongside your studies
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You think strategically and proactively
  • You are ambitious, motivated and a team player
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills including a proven ability to negotiate
