Tasks

As a Solution Architect, you will be the driving force behind implementing modern collaboration technologies that seamlessly integrate into clients' workflows. Your role will include:

• Designing and implementing modern work solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies with a focus on SharePoint.
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
• Managing projects and sub-projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
• Working hands-on alongside developers and technical consultants, driving projects from concept to completion.
• Providing strategic guidance to clients, helping them maximize the potential of their digital workplace.

• Proven experience in working directly with major customers and understanding their business needs.
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, with a strong focus on SharePoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and familiarity with Microsoft Azure Web Apps, ServiceBus, and Application Insights is a plus.
• A strategic mindset to see the "big picture" while also diving into technical details when needed.
• Excellent communication German skills, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
