We are looking for an experienced Country HR Manager, Germany (M/F/D) to act as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for business leaders and handle all issues related to employee relation and engagement, dialogue with social partners to deliver tailored solutions and be the constant and consistent representative for local challenges and needs.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with business leaders to understand critical people-related projects and involve relevant HR resources to deliver against critical needs.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the business strategy, workforce plan, and supporting HR talent processes; drives adoption and execution of company talent management processes (succession planning, leader development, performance management, etc.) that deliver the strategy.
- Responsible for ongoing dialogue with social partners/work councils and handling labor and employee relations
- Manage hiring and selection process for designated recruitment ensuring compliance to global and local process and legal requirements and application of best practice
- Partner with business leaders to run talent review processes , identify critical roles, succession plans, relevant development plans, and talent gap analysis.
- Lead and support process improvement efforts dedicated to improving organizational performance and efficiency
- Ensures locally delivered solutions are closely aligned, and supportive of, enterprise wide strategies and expectations.
- Ensure HR data integrity and connect with necessary stakeholders to proactively address issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate input of data into various HR systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Your Education or Academic Background:
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of work and educational experience
Your Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of labor and business environment of assigned geography.
- Fluency in German & English
- Experience in people management and developing talent.
- Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft.
- Office tools & HRIS system reporting and analysis (Workday preferred).
- Accountability - Takes responsibility for consistent completion and follow-up on departmental jobs and providing excellent service delivery.
- Strong Interpersonal skills - Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to partner with various levels of management . Being Approachable.
- High attention to detail, ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Your Background / Experiences:
- Minimum 7-10 years HR experience working with a multi-national company or HR Business Partner position
- Geographic scope: Germany
